The week began with an exclusive VIP dinner, bringing together ICA’s most prominent and engaged members in an intimate setting—an evening made possible by the generous support of PTL. Then, we officially kicked off at Crash N Burn, where over 130 attendees gathered to reconnect, exchange ideas, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. A special thanks to DomainEasy for sponsoring the event and to Monte Cahn, who kept the celebration going even longer!

From immersive experiences at Meow Wolf and the Arte Museum to outdoor adventures like Top Golf and a breathtaking Red Rock Hike, this year’s agenda had something for everyone. Of course, no ICA event is complete without a bit of friendly competition—congratulations to Josh Reason, the well-earned Kubba Kup champion!

One of the most meaningful moments of the week was the Award Ceremony before the Opening Gala, where we honored individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the industry.

  • Darpan Munjal became the first-ever recipient of the ICA Trailblazer Award, a milestone recognition of his vision, leadership, and impact in the domain space.
  • Richard Lau was awarded the Lonnie Borck Memorial Award, a tribute to his dedication, ethical leadership, and longstanding influence in the industry.

Another poignant moment was the Howard Neu Memorial, where Ron Jackson, Jeff Sass, and John Berryhill shared heartfelt reflections, joined by Barbara Neu and Ray Neu in the audience. The tribute underscored Howard’s lasting legacy in our industry.

The evening was topped off with an astonishing performance by James the Irish Hypnotist and Alain Nu, the mentalist, whose act left many attendees speechless—and a few hypnotized!

Mike Cyger and the running crew kicked off the content day with a 7 am 4 mile run. Tuesday’s Content Day was packed with thought-provoking discussions. We started with the Broker Breakfast and speed networking, after which Jeremiah Johnston provided a compelling overview of ICA’s history and future, while Zak Muscovitch took a deep dive into policy and its ongoing impact. The Town Hall sparked valuable conversations and member input

Other Highlights Included:

  • Engaging AMAs with Darpan Munjal (Atom.com), Paul Nicks & Alan Shiflett (GoDaddy)
  • John Berryhill’s session with brokers—what more can we say? Thank you, John, for always bringing the expertise!
  • The ever-popular Guru Tables, where industry experts shared invaluable knowledge—a big thank you to all the gurus and participants who made this such a valuable experience, amongst them Maria Cypher from Catchword, Andee Hill from ICANN and Renee Fossen from the FORUM all who attended our meeting for the first time!
  • Tuesday Lunch, generously sponsored by NameBright, DropCatch, and Jeff Reberry, keeping attendees fueled for deep discussions and networking.

As the meeting wound down, we came together one last time at Bar Zazu for a Closing Reception, generously sponsored by Hilco Digital Assets and Atom.com. The night was filled with laughter over great food and drinks! Many of us headed over to either participate or just check out the .poker Tournament, where Bart Franek emerged victorious. Kudos to Ryan McKegney for organizing the tournament for the second year in the row!

For those staying in town for the Dominion Show (D3), which kicked off the following day, the fun continued! Congratulations to the D3 team on an outstanding event!

This meeting wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support of our sponsors:

One of our primary goals this year was to foster meaningful connections while making the event engaging, informative, and fun. Judging by the incredible participation, the rich discussions, and the initial feedback, we’d say it was a resounding success.

Thank you all for being part of this journey. We can’t wait to see what’s next—until then, let’s keep the conversations going (you can still join our WhatsApp group) and continue supporting the sponsors who made this possible!
